Just like our GhostBed mattresses, the Adjustable Base ships fast and arrives at your door via FedEx. We fold it up to package it, so you’ll just need to unfold it and then attach the legs and retainer bar.

The GhostBed Adjustable Base works with all GhostBed mattresses. If you don’t have a GhostBed mattress, a memory foam or latex mattress typically works best with adjustable bases. Some innerspring mattresses may not be as flexible, depending on their construction.

Absolutely! The GhostBed Adjustable Base will fit anywhere that a regular foundation or box spring does, as long as there is a clear opening for the base to drop down into. If you have a frame with slats or storage drawers, for example, you would need to remove those in order for it to fit.

The king adjustable base is the perfect size for both single sleepers and couples, offering plenty of space to relax. For added comfort, we recommend that couples upgrade to the split king size. The dimensions are the same, but it’s split into two and accommodates two separate twin XL mattresses, placed side by side. This allows you to choose different comfort settings for each side. Enjoy a massage without bothering your sleeping partner, use the preset TV position while your partner lounges in zero gravity mode… the options are endless!

Your adjustable power base will arrive at your door pre-assembled with just a few additional steps required. Simply unbox the folded frame on the floor upside down, slide the locking frame bolts to keep the mechanism in place and then attach the legs and retainer bar. That’s it! If you prefer to adjust the height of the legs, simply twist apart. The legs can be attached to the base using 1, 2 or all 3 parts (12” height total).

While we would have loved to keep production in the U.S., our number one goal was creating the highest quality Adjustable Base available with the most features. The Adjustable Base combines sturdy metal, beautiful upholster and a powerful motor which is manufactured in Asia that contains the most advanced technology, the most sophisticated systems, and expertise in production of this caliber.

Combining two twin XL mattresses and bases enables an entirely new world of comfort!

Two bases allow for individualized options on each side, perfect for couples with different preferences and needs. You can also sync both bases to one remote so that it functions as one unit. With two bases—instead of one large king size—it’s also much easier to move, whether that’s to a different side of the room or to a new home.

Engineered with expert craftsmanship and the highest quality materials, your GhostBed Adjustable Base comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

A full warranty is in place during the first year, with limitations in place for anything beyond that.

You also have the option to purchase an additional 3-year extended warranty during checkout.

At this time, we do not offer a sleep trial on our bed frames, including the Adjustable Base. But don’t worry—your base will pair perfectly with any other mattress you choose, whether it’s a GhostBed or not!

For added protection you can purchase an extended warranty, which provides an additional 3 years of service for your GhostBed Adjustable Base. This fully covers parts, labor and freight expenses.

The extended warranty can be added at the time of purchase during checkout, as well as within 60 days of your original purchase date here.

The GhostBed Adjustable Base comes with 3-piece customizable legs, so you choose the height that works best for you! Each leg section is 4”, giving you a choice of 4”, 8” or 12” total height. The base itself will also add a few inches:

• With 12” legs: 15” from floor to top of base
• With 8” legs: 11” from floor to top of base
• With 4” legs: 7” from floor to top of base
